I Chose to Write About quarantine because this is my current Situation.
Also a lot of people in the world are going through the same situation. Here are the pros and cons you may find in this situation. Here are the cons you may find in this situation. One con you may have is depression, because it can make you feel alone. Sheltering in place and not seeing other people can make you feel lonely. Another con that can happen during a quarantine is stress. Stress can lead to over or under eating. You need to make sure to be eating a balanced diet to stay healthy. So these are some of the cons that can happen if you have to be in isolation or quarantine. Here are some healthy ways you can cope with this kind of situation. One way to cope with quarantine is to have a schedule. Another way to deal with quarantine is to do gardening and maybe bird watching. Bird watching is good for you because you can be outside in the fresh air and you can do this in your backyard. Keeping a schedule is a good thing because it helps keep you on track with house work, sleep schedule, and any at home school work. Video games are a good way to entertain yourself. Many games have options when it comes to variety. Also you can socialize on multiplayer games. People are not sheltering in place during the quarantine. Many people want to go outside, even though we are told to isolate. People are still gathering in big groups, we should stay in pairs of two. If people are going to public places, we should stay 6 feet away from other people. People have to wear a mask outside. The masks are to protect us from catching or giving people the coronavirus. People are not washing their hands long enough, you should wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. In the end there are many ways to deal with quarantine and isolation.
